Not the right time to demerge textiles biz now: Technocraft

Technocraft Industries India is the second largest manufacturers of drum closures. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Sharad Saraf, MD of the company spoke about the latest happenings in his company and sector.

"Though the revenue is not very high in drum closures business, the bottomline is good because we are continuously in the process of cost-cutting, saving in raw material and labour," he said.

Talking about textile division, he said, "At the moment, it is not the right time to demerge".
