Talks are on for residual stake sale of Hindustan Zinc and Balco, says Anil Agarwal, founder and chairman, Vedanta. He expects to complete the Cairn-Vedanta merger in the coming months and does not think there is any need to sweeten the merger contours of the deal.
He is also investing across sectors including coal and power.
