He's known as one of the pioneers of Indian advertising and have been instrumental in reviving the fortunes of brands like Cadbury, so when ad guru Piyush Pandey launched his book in Mumbai, the who's who of the glamour world from Amitabh Bachhan to master blaster Sachin Tendulkar were all present at the launch.
