IOC, BPCL, HPCL sign pact to set up USD 40 billion refinery

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) have signed a joint venture (JV) agreement for west coast refinery & petrochemicals.
