The board of Zuari Industries has approved the demerger of its non-fertilizer business. The company will be transferring the shares of various joint venture companies and units to its fully-owned unit, Zuari Holdings. The agri-input company belonging to the KK Birla Group of Companies manufactures complex fertilisers and agricultural inputs.
