Aviva ties up with Axis Bank for renewal premium payment

Aviva Life Insurance today said its customers can now pay their renewal premiums through the Axis Bank branches across the country.

Renewal premiums, according to a statement by Aviva Life, can be paid at over 1,400 Axis Bank branches in more than 700 locations across the country.
"This arrangement provides a facility to our customers to make renewal premium payments across the large network of Axis Bank branches," Aviva Life Insurance COO Snehil Gambhir said.
This facility, it said, would be in addition to payments which are made through credit card, online bank transfers, ECS facilities, and at Aviva branches.
The life insurance company is a joint venture between the Dabur Group and UK-based Aviva Group with a paid up capital of over Rs 2,000 crore.
