In 2008, Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) had planned to invest Rs 1,200 crore in offshore services area but it did not take off. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, S Hajra, CMD of SCI says that the company is keen to enter the higher-end of offshore market soon.
