Real estate player Nitesh Estates is bullish on the Bangalore real estate market.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Ashwni Kumar, chief operating officer, Nitesh Estates said that the company has seen fairly good absorption for its project in the city. "We launched a project towards the end of September and for that saw a very good response from the customers. So, we are pretty bullish on the Bangalore real estate market as of now," he said. With slew of projects ready to contribute to company's revenues, it is expecting to be fairly positive in the coming quarters. "Till the last quarter we had four out of nine projects that are under construction in the residential segment. They have gone into the revenue recognition mode. In this quarter as well as the next quarter, we will have the rest also starting to contribute to the top-line and the bottom-line," he added.
