The Hindalco coal scam case against former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and industrialist KM Birla has been adjourned indefinitely by the Apex Court says the sources. The SC had summoned Singh and Birla today for a hearing on same. In a supplementary report, CBI had summoned Singh, who was then holding the coal portfolio and Birla in the case pertaining to allocation of Talabira-II coal block in Odisha in 2005.
