Mehul Choksi, one of the prime accused in the alleged fraud at Punjab National Bank, has written to the CBI, expressing his inability to return to India to face charges.
Choksi, who is the promoter of Gitanjali Gems cited health problems as well as suspension of his passport as reasons for not coming back.
He, however pulled no punches while criticising the CBI and other probe agencies for what he calls ''gross abuse of law''.
