Earnings season is upon us once more and even as we brace for the first numbers from Infosys on Wednesday, CNBC-TV18's Sunanda Jayaseelan talks to experts for a sense of what to expect for the I-T pack this quarter.

Infosys is the centre of attention. It has a new executive chairman in S Gopalakrishnan and a new CEO in SD Shibulal, who took over from Gopalakrishnan. And the question everyone's asking is: Will these two veterans steer Infosys through the economic storm with minimal turbulence.
Let's look at the quarterly guidance: Year-on-year dollar revenue growth of 15.6-17.3%, 5% quarter-on-quarter growth and a year-on-year EPS guidance of 3.1- 4.6%.
And here's the expert opinion: Nomura says Infosys will meet its quarter-on-quarter dollar guidance, but may have to cut its full-year revenue guidance to 16-18% from 18-20% due to project delays and currency fluctuation. Kotak agrees.
