Wadia vs Raheja land dispute: HC admits Raheja's appeal

The land dispute between Nusli Wadia and the Raheja Group over 600 acre of prime property in Malad, Mumbai as been simmering for some time now. After tasting defeat earlier, there was some legal relief for the Rahejas today at the Bombay High Court.

The land dispute between Nusli Wadia and the Raheja Group over 600 acre of prime property in Malad, Mumbai as been simmering for some time now. After tasting defeat earlier, there was some legal relief for the Rahejas today at the Bombay High Court. CNBC-TV18's Ashwin Mohan reports all the action in detail.

The Rahejas and the Wadias are currently embroiled in several land spats in the past. And, the latest one deals with administrative rights over the estate of Late Eduljee Framroze Dinshaw. Being a prime property of approximately 600 acre in Malad, Mumbai it clearly involves high stakes. Back in 2003 the High Court had passed an order directing that Nusli Wadia will continue to act as an administrator of this particular estate. Now here is the Raheja
