Infosys have been sued yet again in the US by an IT professional named Brenda Koehler who has alleged that the company has overlooked her employment in favour of a South Asian, reports CNBC-TV18's Shreya Roy. In her plea before the court, Koehler alleged that Infosys discriminated against those who are not from South Asia, especially Americans, Nepalis and Bangladeshis.

This lawsuit also draws a lot from the previous lawsuit filed against Infosys by J Palmer, which was later dismissed.
Infosys has denied these charges and has stated that there was no proof of racial discrimination and nothing has so far been proved by any court which was sufficient to file a class-action suit.
