Apple is in advanced talks with Wipro Enterprises.

Apple, an American technology giant, is reportedly in discussions with Wipro Enterprises and Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW) for onboarding them as potential suppliers for its supply chain as it deepens its foothold in India.

These are the latest names to join the growing list of Indian players that the iPhone major is looking to onboard as suppliers, according to a report by the Economic Times (ET).

“Apple is in advanced talks with Wipro Enterprises and is in preliminary talks with Lakshmi Machine Works as part of their move to de risk their supply chain," a person aware of the development told ET.

Apple is in talks with these companies to supply parts and components for their supply chain.
