Visagar Polytex has informed that the Company had appointed Mr. Yash Malhotra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) w.e.f. February 10, 2017. Mr. Yash Malhotra has been further induced in Nomination & Remuneration Committee in place of Mr. Tilokchand Kothari.
