Please be informed that as per Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board will be held on 28th October, 2017 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.
Also, kindly note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading} Regulations, 2015 read with Code of conduct of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from 18th October, 2017 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the public for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.
