Nexcen Softech appoints M/s. Nankani & Associates as statutory auditors

Nexcen Softech Ltd has informed BSE that the Statutory Auditors M/s. A. C. Mehta And Company expressed their ineligibility for reappointment due to disqualification under section 141 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules and regulations under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 for the Financial year 2014-2015.The Company has now appointed M/S. NANKANI & ASSOCIATES, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS as statutory auditors for the financial ear 2014-2015 till the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Necessary Form ADT-l has also been filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.Source : BSE
