Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2.30 p.m. at its registered office at B-64/1, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi - 110052, interalia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2017.
In this connection, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons of the company from November 3, 2017 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 13, 2017.
