JCT Electronics appoints Roshan Lal Sharma as additional director

JCT Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the nomination of Mr. Mukesh Mohan as a Director on the Board has been withdrawn by BIFR. Further Mr. Roshan Lal Sharma has been inducted as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.
