Haryana Texprints to consider dividend

Haryana Texprints (Overseas) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of the dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year.
