PL Capital Markets Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Buy Back") has submitted to BSE a copy of Post Buyback Public Announcement ("Post Buyback PA") for the attention of equity shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of Circuit Systems India Ltd ("Target Company") pursuant to Regulation 19(7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended ("Buyback Regulations" or "Regulations").
