Adinath Bio-Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company held at its meeting held on April 26, 2016, have accepted the resignation of Mr. Rohit Nemchand Banthia from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 25, 2016.
