IL&FS releases 31.5 lakh pledge shares of Ramky Infra

Ramky Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulations 8A of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation, 1997, the Company has received a letter from Mr. A. Ayodhya Rami Reddy stating that out of 31,50,000 equity shares pledged to IL&FS Financial Services Limited, 31,35,000 equity Shares have been released.Source : BSE
