Elantas Beck offer for sale of shares by promoter

ELANTAS GmbH (the "Seller") (the "Promoter"), a Company organised under the laws of Germany and the Promoter of Elantas Beck India Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale upto 1,074,555 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (such equity shares referred to as the "Sale Shares") representing 13.55% of the equity share capital of Elantas Beck India Ltd, by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the BSE and shall commence on February 11, 2013 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").Source : BSE
