Galore Prints Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2013, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions:1. Mr. Yogesh Kumar Gautam, Associate Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretary of India) is appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.2. Board considered the resignation of Mr. Manish Kumar as Director of the Company with effect from October 30, 2013.3. Board considered the resignation of Mr. Vimal Kumar Singh as Director of the Company with effect from October 30, 2013.4. Board considered the resignation of Mr. Jainti Prasad Rustagi as Director of the Company with effect from October 30, 2013.5.
