Span Diagnostics reappoints Dr. Pradip Desai as Whole Time Director

Span Diagnostics at its meeting held on Feb 08, 2013, has approved reappointment of Dr. Pradip K. Desai, as Whole Time Director subject to approval of members at General meeting and other approvals, if any, required for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2013. The Board has approved convening EGM of Members on April 06, 2013 in this regard.

Span Diagnostics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2013, inter alia, has approved the following :1. The Board has approved reappointment of Dr. Pradip K. Desai, as Whole Time Director subject to approval of members at General meeting and other approvals, if any, required for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2013.2.
