PNB director ends his tenure

Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that Shri M. P. Singh, workmen employee director on the Board of the Bank appointed under clause (3)(e) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub-clause(1) of clause 3 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980 ceased to be director on the Board of the Bank and other Sub-committees of the Board w.e.f. January 27, 2013 on completion of his tenure of three years from the date of induction.Source : BSE
