Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd has informed BSE that it has been decided by the Board of Directors of the Company to extend the current Financial year from March 31, 2013 by three months, so as to end on June 30, 2013 and accordingly the financial year 2012-2013 shall comprise of 15 months, i.e. April 01, 2012 - June 30, 2013.Further Company will publish its Audited Financial Results for above mentioned 15 months period; i.e. April 01, 2012 - June 30, 2013.Source : BSE
