Telangana Election results: As Cong leads, Uttam Reddy's fine with any decision by high command

The initial trends show results are tilting towards the Congress in Telangana as counting of votes begin on December 3. Looking at the early trends, Congress leader N Uttam Kumar Reddy, who is now seen as the CM probable in case the Grand Old Party unseats the BRS, says that any decision taken by the high command is acceptable to him.

"Any decision taken is fine by me, let the high command (Congress party) and all the MLAs decide post the results," Reddy told News18.

The Congress was leading in 65 out of the 119 seats in Telangana in the early phase of counting, while the incumbent BRS was leading in 39 seats. The simple majority mark to form the government in the southern state is 60 seats.
