Gupta offers some effective tips for maintaining clear and vibrant skin throughout the year:

Avoid stress: When stress levels rise, your skin often bears the brunt, leading to issues like acne or eczema. To maintain calm and clear skin, add relaxing activities such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing into your routine. Regular practice of mindful meditation, in particular, has been shown to lower stress levels and reduce the production of the stress hormone cortisol in the body. This, in turn, can contribute to achieving a clean and youthful skin texture over time.
