April kicked off with a series of festivals starting with Navratri and continuing through Ashtami on April 5, followed by Ramnavmi on April 6. Festivals bring joy, togetherness, and an opportunity to refresh your home’s ambiance. While decorating is fun, refurbishing a small space can be challenging. Nevertheless, a minimalist approach with strategic decor elements can create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The key is to maximise the available area without making it feel cluttered, suggests Raghunandan Saraf, Founder and CEO, Saraf Furniture. “A well-placed wooden or metal mandir near a window or in a cosy corner can instantly lend the festive vibe. By introducing multifunctional furniture and subtle decor, even the tiniest space can be transformed into a festive sanctuary," he says.
