Diya rangoli: Combine colour with glow—arrange unlit or lit diyas into a circular or floral pattern. Add flower petals or coloured powder in between for depth. This looks attractive in the day and stunning at night.

Turn them upside down: Earthen lamps make good mini pedestals. Flip a few diyas, glue them base-side up, and place a small decorative item on top; a brass bell, a Ganesha idol, or even a tealight.
Paint and personalise: Use acrylic paint or metallic spray to give your diyas a gold, copper, or jewel-tone makeover. Add glitter, mirrors, or even tiny bindis for detail. Great as table décor or gifts.
