Kim Kardashian, who is known to be a fitness enthusiast, revealed everything about her workout routine to Vogue magazine. The successful reality star and entrepreneur, who is now extending her brand Skims into the athletic space, opened up about the types of exercises she incorporates into her routine and which ones she totally skips. Considering the fashionista that she is, she also revealed how she likes to style herself while working out.

Weightlifting is her jam

Kim, 44, confessed to being a “big weightlifter,” but added she has had to make modifications to her workouts due to her back issues. She said, “I have to do lower body in order to stay toned. I do a few days of upper body. I usually pick a body part, and we stick to that for the day. I do an hour and a half a day, with weights and stretching, and a little bit of cardio.”
