Fatty liver disease is more and more common among the population, because of poor diets and sedentary life. Thankfully, nature has medicinal powers in the form of vegetable high in antioxidants and fiber and liver friendly nutrients. According to hepatology specialists, adding certain vegetables can naturally enhance your liver function, and alleviate its symptoms of a fatty liver.

The liver is responsible for detoxifying the body, and breaking down fats as well as nutrients.
