Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, Yash's upcoming gangster drama, is generating more and more buzz every day. The film is presently in production and has been making waves on social media in anticipation of its March 19, 2026, release date. Rumour has it that actress Rukmini Vasanth has been cast in a major role, which heightens the excitement.

An old 2019 video of Toxic director Geetu Mohandas, in which she talked openly about her unorthodox filmmaking style, has resurfaced online amid the casting rumours. Mohandas, who is well-known for Moothon, acknowledged that she doesn't rely on strict frameworks and called her process "crazy and erratic." "I never follow the plan. "There is no bound script," she clarified, emphasising her instinctive style in which characters develop organically as the plot progresses.
