Over the years, she has been candid about her cosmetic procedures, something many celebrities often keep under wraps. From getting her nose fixed to undergoing fillers, Shruti has openly discussed her choices, emphasizing that it’s a personal decision and no one should feel ashamed of making such changes if they choose to.

 

In a widely circulated interview on Hauterrfly’s talk show The Male Feminist, Shruti Haasan spoke in detail about getting a nose job. She explained that her nose had been broken during her early days in the industry and the change was not just cosmetic, but also necessary. She said:

"I did get my nose fixed and it was very obvious I got my nose fixed. My nose was broken and quite different before. I did my first film with my old nose and then people are like she is just using the deviated septum excuse. No, I did have a deviated septum. It hurt but if I could make it prettier, it's my face. Why wouldn't I? It was that simple. I don't feel the need to justify why I want to look a certain way for myself."

Shruti also touched on the backlash she faced for using face fillers. Instead of denying it, she fearlessly acknowledged it. She made it clear that it's a personal choice and doesn’t need to be validated by others. She elaborated:
