Back in an appearance on Arbaaz Khan’s talk show Pinch, Anil Kapoor confronted some of the more bizarre claims head-on. During a segment where celebrities are shown actual comments from the internet, Kapoor was presented with a few rather unusual observations from fans—some even suggesting that he “drinks snake blood” and “lives with a plastic surgeon” to maintain his youthful looks.
Taken aback but amused, Kapoor responded with a laugh, “Yeh genuine hai ke aap logon ne paise de ke… (Is this genuine or did you people pay them to say this)?” Arbaaz assured him the comments were real, prompting even more laughter from the actor.
“Ek ne kaha ke main plastic surgeon saath leke ghoomta hu (One person said that I keep a plastic surgeon with me),” Kapoor said, chuckling at the outlandish accusation.
While the jibes were clearly made in jest, Kapoor took the opportunity to share a more thoughtful perspective on self-care and discipline. “I've received so much, it helps in the way you look. Everybody goes through ups and downs, but I've been fortunate. I have been blessed,” he said earnestly.
He also emphasized the importance of taking care of one’s health: “I feel that one has 24 hours in a day, if you can't take care of yourself for even one hour in a day then what's the point?”
Though he may not be consuming snake blood or trailing a plastic surgeon, Anil Kapoor’s dedication to fitness, discipline, and self-respect shines through. His ageless charm, it turns out, is less about secrets and more about consistency—and a good sense of humor.
