Dressed to impress in an ivory floral-embroidered dress, Urvashi shared a series of pictures from her time at the event, and gushed about her apparent meeting with the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton. But the internet had other things to say, particularly about the four Labubu dolls dangling from her luxury handbag.
Urvashi’s outfit featured a midi-length ivory dress with satin bow-tied shoulder straps, a sweetheart neckline, corseted bodice, flowy skirt, and sequin embellishments.
Her accessories included high heels, gold bracelets, a designer watch, and a white Hermès Birkin bag. But what stole the spotlight were the four colourful Labubu doll hanging from her bag.
Urvashi captioned one of her Instagram posts, “PRINCESS OF WALES #KATEMIDDLETON TRULY AN HONOR TO MEET YOU meeting thee is a joy divine WIMBLEDON 2025 FINALS.”
That’s when the trolling began. Many Instagram users pointed out that Kate Middleton wasn’t looking at Urvashi in the image, with one saying, “From 1km away, not even looking at you.” Others called out her attempt to spin a brief sighting into a personal meet-and-greet.
The Labubu dolls also became a meme-worthy moment. “1st Indian woman to carry 4 Labubus,” one user commented. Another joked, “First Indian woman to start the trend of 4 Labubus hanging on a Birkin.”
Adding to the amusement, fans noticed a man in a blue t-shirt in the background photobombing Urvashi’s pictures by making funny faces. “He ruined all her pics, she’s now the first actress from India in this category,” one user quipped.
