Diljit Dosanjh joins Amitabh Bachchan in Kaun Banega Crorepati 17's upcoming episode: Watch promo

Global superstar and singer Diljit Dosanjh is all set to appear on the upcoming weekend episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, as confirmed by the latest promo clip released by the channel.

Sony Entertainment Television shared a teaser clip on Instagram featuring Diljit walking onto the KBC 17 stage, singing his popular track "Main Hun Punjab," greeted by thunderous applause from the live audience.

Host Amitabh Bachchan can be seen introducing him with warmth and admiration, calling him “Punjab da Puttar.” The post caption read, “Dekhiye Kaun Banega Crorepati, 31st October, Fri raat 9 baje sirf #SonyEntertainmentTelevision and Sony LIV par.”

Diljit Dosanjh clarified in earlier interviews and social media posts that his main purpose of participating in the show is to aid in relief efforts in the wake of the devastating floods that struck Punjab during the 2025 monsoon season.

He made it clear that any money he receives as a prize from the show will be used to support those affected by the floods. Diljit clarified that his involvement is solely for humanitarian reasons when he said in Punjabi, "It's for Punjab Flood," in response to a fan's inquiry regarding his KBC participation.
