She is one of the fans’ favourite characters and has recently revealed how she bagged the role. During her appearance on filmmaker Farah Khan’s YouTube culinary show, she revealed that she landed the role in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah through auditions.
She mentioned that her first acting experience was when she was 17 years old and in college, where she worked on the show Hum Sab Baraati. At the time, she admitted that she didn't even know how to act.
