SM Entertainment, renowned for popular K-pop groups like Girls' Generation and EXO, has unveiled its first British boy band, Dear Alice, in collaboration with English label MOON&BACK Media. The five-member group, consisting of James Sharp (23), Dexter Greenwood (22), Oliver Quinn (20), Reese Carter (20), and Blaise Noon (19), was introduced on August 2 through the BBC One reality show Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience.
The members will undergo intense training in South Korea, documented in the six-part series airing later in August. Following a 100-day training period, Dear Alice is set for their global debut in the second half of 2024.

James Sharp (23): The oldest member of the group, bringing maturity and experience.
Dexter Greenwood (22): Known for his unique vocal skills and charisma.
Oliver Quinn (20): Brings a youthful energy and strong performance abilities.

Dear Alice will go through the traditional K-pop training system, which includes life coaching, vocal training, dance, and performance lessons. They will also work with top industry choreographers and be critiqued by K-pop expert Hee Jun Yoon.
The reality series Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience will document their journey, starting in August on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. This project marks SM Entertainment's first co-produced British boy band, generating high anticipation among fans and setting the stage for their international debut.
