Namita Thapar, from Shark Tank India, reflected on her transformative journey handling online critics, citing it as a catalyst for developing resilience and fortitude. Speaking with actress Karishma Tanna on her podcast, Thapar emphasised how navigating through adversity has toughened her resolve, shaping her into a more resilient individual.

When Karishma asked Namita about whether she gets trolled, Namita said, “I get trolled a lot. I get called a ‘nepo kid,’ ‘papa ki pari,’ ‘overacting ki dukkan.’”

Namita Thapar called every trolling a “learning experience,” "It's okay. After a while you just become so strong and it just makes you so thick skinned that it's a good thing. If you look at every setback, every trolling is a learning experience. It just makes you evolve as a person.”
