Malayalam actor Kalyani Priyadarshan's superhero action film Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra enjoyed a great run at the box office. Several theatres are still packed with the audience even after 30 days of its release.
However, several fans have been waiting for the film to arrive on the OTT platform. Although the makers have yet to officially announce the Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra OTT release date, a social media post teases when fans can anticipate its release.
According to OTT Flix, Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra will tentatively arrive on Netflix on October 23.
However, there’s no official confirmation about the reports.
Previously, Dulquer Salmaan, the producer of the film Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra, had debunked such claims and urged fans to wait for the official announcement.
Dulquer tweeted, “Lokah isn't coming to OTT anytime soon. Ignore the fake news and stay tuned for official announcements! #Lokah #WhatstheHurry.”
The film features Chandu Salimkumar, Arun Kurian, Nishanth Sagarm, and Sarath Sabha in the key roles. The film is produced by actor Dulquer Salmaan's production house Wayfarer Films.

After 30 days of its theatrical release, the Malayalam movie has earned a total of Rs 143.56 crore in India, entering the Rs 100 crore club. The movie has made a total of Rs 284 crore worldwide. Additionally, the film has surpassed the collection of Mohanlal's 'L2: Empuraan' to become the highest-grossing Malayalam film.
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the film's creators unexpectedly shared a video teaser for the Lokah Chapter 1-Chandra sequel. Tovino Thomas will be featured in the second instalment. Since its release, the teaser video has received over 1.7 million views on YouTube. Further update on Lokah Chapter 2 is awaited.
