Mukul Dev's last film Son of Sardaar 2 to release in July 2025, says friend Vindu Dara Singh

Actor Mukul Dev tragically passed away on May 23 in Delhi, after battling an illness for a brief while. His last rites were performed by his brother Rahul Dev, held at Lodhi Crematorium in Delhi’s Nizamuddin area. Mukul's friend Vindu Dara Singh also attended the cremation ceremony where he revealed about his final work in Son of Sardaar 2.

Speaking to the media at the crematorium, Vindu recalled his dear friend and co-actor Mukul as he had shot for Son of Sardaar 2 together in Scotland for almost a month. He also revealed that the film is set to release on July 25, 2025.

He said, "On the demise of actor Mukul Dev, actor Vindu Dara Singh says, "We were Tito and Tony duo in Son of Sardar, and sadly, Tony left us. The film will be released on the 25th of July, and I request everyone to shower their love on this film. Though Mukul has left us, he will forever live on in our hearts. We shot together in Scotland for a month. He was a truly pure soul, and his memory will always stay with us."
Mukul Dev and Vindu Dara singh co-starred in the film Son of Sardaar, as the comedic duo Tony (Mukul) and Tito (Vindu). As per the actor's statement to the press, the duo were supposed to reprise their roles in the sequel too.

However, the makers of Son of Sardaar 2 have not yet officially announced the release date and much of the details of the film have been kept under wraps. The film also stars Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt in key roles along with Mrunal Thakur, Sanjay Mishra, Vindu Dara Singh and Ravi Kishan in key roles.
