Actors Aishwarya Arjun, (daughter of South Action King, Arjun Sarja & former actress Niveditha Arjun) and Umapathy Ramaiah, who is the son of celebrated actor-turned-director Thambi Ramaiah kick off their pre-wedding festivities in Chennai.
The father of the bride Arjun Sarja is known as the ‘Action King’ of the South. The couple incidentally met on the reality show ‘Survivor’ hosted by Arjun.
Aishwarya will soon be seen in her Telugu debut movie, stepping into a new realm with a role that showcases her versatility. Umapathy recently debuted as a director with ‘Rajakili’ and is now planning his next directorial movie.

Aishwarya's Haldi ceremony took place at her residence in Chennai with close family and friends. The day ceremony was close-knit, with traditional customs and food, creating an intimate experience for the guests. Aishwarya, set to make her debut in Telugu cinema, celebrated this special moment surrounded by loved ones.
The haldi ceremony decor radiated with the theme "Cover Me In Sunshine," blending vibrant yellows, colourful textiles, and traditional Indian florals, capturing her minimalistic style and kicking off her wedding festivities in style.
Kicking off her pre-wedding festivities, Aishwarya & Umapathy hosted an intimate mehendi ceremony at her Chennai residence. Surrounded by close family and friends, she wore a vibrant sunshine yellow outfit by Anamika Khanna, capturing the joyful spirit of the occasion. An evening filled with love and laughter featured delectable west chaat from Agra, with special chefs flown in for the event.
The couple's mehendi decor, themed "The Sky Turned Pink," exudes traditional charm with shades of pink, creating a picture-perfect setting adorned with pink, white, and green florals and complemented by creative use of existing rafters for floral accents and mirror work cushions.
