Maddock Films announces release date of Stree 3, to hit the theatres in August 2027

After a string of successful hits like Stree 2 and Munjya in 2024, Maddock Films has officially revealed the release date for Stree 3 in a post shared on social media today, January 2, 2025.

Maddock Films shared a post with the list of upcoming films backed by the production house as a part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, and their respective release dates. As per the official post, Stree 3 will release in August 13, 2027.

The caption of the post read, "Dinesh Vijan presents the genre defining lineup of #MaddockHorrorComedyUniverse 8 theatrical films that will take you on a wild ride of laughter, spooks, thrills and screams!"

Fans eagerly flooded the comment section, sharing their excitement for the upcoming release of the horror-comedy featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. One fan wrote, "Ab aaya hamara MARVEL-lous schedule!" While another netizen commented, "Can't wait for stree 3."

Several netizens also compared Stree 3 and other films in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe with the Marvel's Avengers.
