Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2's latest episode was high on drama. By letting Mihir know that Naina used to adore him while they were in college, Tulsi allays his fears. Tulsi comforts Mihir, who is outraged and prepared to sever all business links with Naveen and Naina, and keeps him from acting hastily. Mihir is reassured by her faith in him, and Tulsi also shows faith in Ajay and his family to take care of Pari by choosing to talk to Indrani again with Mihir's consent.
In the meantime, Pari battles in secret with her scar and Ranvijay's eerie presence. Pari lies and hastily hides that she was with Ajay. Pari is torn between telling the truth and lying because Tulsi, believing her daughter, just inquires as to whether she is happy.
While Mihir carefully chooses sarees, assisted by Nandini, and even video contacts Tulsi to select one for herself and Naina, a lighthearted banter takes place in the background as Daksha and Gayatri contrast Naina's extravagant lifestyle with Tulsi's simplicity. However, beneath these tender moments of family time, Pari's covert relationship with Ranvijay poses a threat to the stability Tulsi has worked so hard to maintain.
