Janhvi Kapoor wears Dipetsa’s Rs 4.1 Lakh wetlook saree with Chopard jewellery at Cannes 2025

Janhvi Kapoor made a striking appearance at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, turning heads in a unique and sculptural ensemble that blended couture with cultural homage. The Bollywood star chose a dramatic Wetlook Saree by Dipetsa, valued at Rs 4,10,900, to make her mark on the French Riviera red carpet.

The saree, designed by the London-based brand known for its sensual draping and celebration of fluid femininity, looked like a piece of wearable art. Inspired by water and body movement, the off-shoulder draped silhouette featured cut-outs at the midriff and thighs, giving it a futuristic yet rooted-in-tradition vibe.

Dipetsa’s wetlook fabric clung beautifully to Janhvi’s figure, creating a striking visual that felt both mythological and modern.

Complementing the sculptural saree was a stunning statement choker from Chopard’s High Jewellery collection, featuring deep-hued gemstones and diamonds that added just the right amount of contrast and sparkle. The rich purples and greens of the jewellery offered a refreshing color pop against the pristine white of the saree.
