Reflecting on her experience, she shared,  “In the last 75 days, I have read 6 books, had no cheat meals, no alcohol, no sugar, no gluten, no meat, drank 3.8L of water every day, worked out a minimum of twice a day, journaled, meditated and much more - every single day, without fail. No breaks, no shortcuts and no excuses ️ I started my 75 Hard on the 17th of December and progressively made it harder and harder until I completed it on the 1st of March! 10/10 recommend it, it's changed my whole life ️”
