It just sucks that that’s where they go with women in today’s world. Women can’t just look good to look good and change their lifestyle to be more healthy.”
In fact, the Freaky Friday star attributes her changed appearance to a major lifestyle overhaul following the birth of her son, Luai, whom she shares with husband Bader Shammas.
Lohan opened up about her wellness routine, revealing that her day begins with a juice blend of carrot, olive oil, apple, ginger, and lemon. Hydration plays a key role in her regimen as well—she drinks green tea and water throughout the day, often enhanced with chia seeds. “I’m a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything,” she said.
When it comes to skincare, Lohan shared that she starts each day by submerging her face in ice-cold water, followed by applying serums and undergoing laser treatments. She noted that after becoming a mother, her skin turned more “sensitive,” prompting her to overhaul her skincare and dietary habits.
“I even did blood tests to see what I was allergic to,” she explained. “So I cut everything out.” According to Lohan, that’s when she began to notice visible improvements in both her skin and overall health.
